Dimapur24x7 (Oct 9, 2025) Commissionerate of police Dimapur released a Press note Based on reliable inputs that unknown persons had abducted one person belonging from Patna, Bihar from Hotel New Rajasthan Place, on 08/10/25, a Police team was immediately formed comprising of the East PS Personnel, SOT Team and IR Personnel, supervised by senior Officers. Technical inputs were collected and the team was dispatched to suspected locations. After ascertaining the rough location of the place where the victims were suspected to be confined, an operation was conducted, wherein the Police Team managed to rescue 04(Four) victims in record time on the same day and arrested 04(Four) individuals from United North Block, Burma Camp Area. In this regard a regular case has been registered at East PS and investigation is on.

1. Saul Chophy, 48 Yrs, SS Rajapeyu NSCN-IM
2. Bento Shohe, 37 Yrs, SS Khapur NSCN-IM
3. Kavito Yeptho, 42 Yrs, SS Tatar NSCN-IM
4. Kivipu Zhimo, 21 Yrs.
